Returns Policy

 

All customers have 24 hours from the time their items are delivered (as confirmed by tracking information) to contact us regarding any issues with their purchases. After this 24-hour period, we reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges. Pictures may be required for some returns or exchanges.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that simply do not suit your personal style or liking. We strongly encourage customers to use our discovery sets and sample packs to test fragrances before committing to a full-sized bottle.

All returns must be in an unused and resalable condition. A 10% restocking fee may be applied to any returns.

 Please note that sample and discovery sets are non-returnable as they are considered bespoke packs made to order.

Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. For European customers, the 21% VAT paid to the Dutch government for import clearance is a non-reclaimable fee and will not be refunded on returns.

If you have further questions regarding a refund, please contact us via email. You may modify your order by emailing us within 24 hours of the time of purchase, provided the order has not already been fulfilled.

 

Returns Policy for Orders Delivered to the European Union

 

To ensure a simple and transparent shopping experience for our EU customers, we handle all customs clearance in the Netherlands and pay the required 21% Dutch Import VAT on your behalf. The price you pay at checkout is the final price, with no surprise fees on delivery.

Your Responsibility to Track and Collect Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. It is your responsibility to monitor this tracking information regularly for delivery updates.

If you are not available to receive the delivery, the courier will typically leave your parcel at a local drop-off shop or collection point. You will be notified of this via the tracking information and are responsible for collecting your parcel within the timeframe specified by the courier.

Returns Due to Failure to Collect

If you fail to collect your parcel from the designated drop-off location within the courier's timeframe, it will be automatically returned to us. This failure to complete the delivery is considered a breach of your sales contract.

In this specific case, we will process a refund for the product(s) returned, but the following costs incurred by us will be deducted:

  • The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

  • The 21% Dutch Import VAT that we paid on your behalf is a non-refundable charge and will be deducted from your refund.
