A polite and important reminder for our EU customers.
We are still getting a lot of queries / emails everyday from customers asking about their parcels but not keeping an eye on their tracking.
We request that before contacting us you should be checking your tracking and because a lot of customers are not checking their tracking they are not realising that they need to pay taxes and charges in line with the Brexit deal and if these are not paid then the parcel will be held for a few days and then returned back to us.
Please note that if you don't pay these fees and the parcel is returned to us the delivery company charge us a return fee. Going forward all such parcels will be charged a restocking fee (10%) and the delivery plus the return delivery fee before we refund your ordered products.
Once we have shipped the parcel please help by checking your tracking and pay all the fees asap at the right time in order for your parcel to be released from your local customs. If this doesn't happen the parcel will be returned back to us. Customs usually only allow 5 days for this.
