Please note that tracking updates will not appear immediately. Tracking information will only activate once your parcel reaches the DHL hub in the Netherlands, after customs clearance into the European Union.
Shipping Process for European Orders:
Orders are first sent to the DHL hub in Heathrow, from where they are forwarded to Europe via the Netherlands.
Customs clearance takes place in the Netherlands and is not processed daily, so tracking inactivity for a day or two after dispatch is normal.
Delivery Timeline:
European delivery typically takes 4-10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Please allow 24-48 business hours for order fulfillment before dispatch.
During sale periods, both we and DHL experience high volumes, which can result in minor delays. We appreciate your patience as your order progresses through the shipping process.
