European Shipping guidelines.

We now ship with DHL into Europe with all fees and import charges taken care of by us.

Usual European Delivery is 4-10 working days. (excluding weekends and bank holidays) 

The way this works is we send all parcels to the DHL service centre/Hub in Heathrow who then forward all the parcels to Europe Via The Netherlands where the clearance is taken place.

This Clearance only happens on a Thursday and Friday so why it may seem your parcel isn't moving , it is.
