Yes. Under UK consumer law you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the fragrance is unused, unsprayed and in its original resalable condition. For health and hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of fragrances that have been sprayed or opened — including simply because a scent isn't to your taste, which is why we highly recommend our sample packs and discovery sets. If an item arrives damaged, leaking or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll put it right. Opened sample packs and discovery sets cannot be returned.
